We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of a discussion forum for all of our customers! All of our subscribers are encouraged to register, familiarize, and use the forum.

What is this for?
The forum was set up to increase communications with our customers, and for our customers to communicate with each other. Initially, the forum will provide a centralized place to post questions about our service (feature requests, etc), technical support, and for general discussion or comments. We very much value your feedback and greatly appreciate the time taken to give us your input.

Our customers are our greatest asset, and the more we communicate with them, the better our service can be.

How do I access it?
Click on "Forums" in the upper right corner of our website.

We have partnered with OpenDNS.com to give you faster, more reliable DNS services. In the future we will make filtering available to our customers upon request.

Be on the lookout for a "Services" menu item on the right in the near future. This will explain all of the services that we offer to our customers: By request or always; Paid or free.

Title: Better Service!

We have removed the firewall at the core of our network, and all of our customers are now on public IP's. We did this to make our network simpler and more reliable for our customers. Great news!
